Looking for work or apprenticeships in Cornwall? Join the Truro Careers Fair at The Alverton Hotel to meet local employers across finance, IT, healthcare, hospitality and more. Explore vacancies, speak to recruiters, build contacts and kickstart your career direction.
The Truro Careers Fair is a one-day, in-person event bringing together local employers and jobseekers at The Alverton Hotel. Running from 10:00 to 14:00, the fair offers visitors the chance to meet hiring representatives across a wide range of sectors-including finance, education, IT, healthcare, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and more-so attendees can explore vacancies, speak directly to recruiters and learn about different career paths.
The event is intended for people seeking new career opportunities or looking to hire, and it welcomes candidates from all backgrounds, experience levels and education stages. Rather than submitting online applications, visitors can use the fair to have face-to-face conversations with multiple organisations in one location, speeding up the recruitment or discovery process.
The venue is the Grade II listed Alverton Hotel in Truro, which provides an accessible, central location for exhibitors and attendees. The UK Careers Fair organises similar events across the region; this listing is part of their South West collection.
