Join Truro & Penwith College and Cornwall SCITT for an information evening for anyone thinking about a career in teaching. The event is designed to help you understand the different routes into teaching and to give practical guidance on what to do next, whether you are just starting to explore the idea or already know you want to work in education.
It is aimed at a wide range of people, including those finishing school or college, recent graduates, career changers, people who want to share their professional or academic experience with 16-19 year olds, and staff already working in schools who are interested in gaining Qualified Teacher Status.
Visitors are advised to arrive after 4.30pm because the college’s parking system will be operating before then. If you arrive earlier, you must register your car with reception to avoid a fine. For further details, you can contact the University Centre team by email.
