Four fast-paced revision sessions unfold on a big cinema screen, led by experienced teacher and examiner presenters. Sharpen application, analysis and evaluation across research methods, theory and perspectives, then finish with Education retrieval activities and a dedicated workshop booklet.
AQA A-Level Sociology Strong Foundations is a cinema workshop designed to support Year 13 students preparing for their AQA exams. It offers a fast-paced day of revision led by experienced teacher and examiner presenters, with the aim of helping students strengthen their understanding and sharpen the way they answer exam questions.
The workshop is built around four sessions delivered on the big cinema screen. Students work through core exam skills such as application, analysis and evaluation, with a particular focus on sociological research methods, theory and perspectives.
The final session returns to the topic of Education and includes knowledge-retrieval activities to consolidate learning.
Attendees also receive a dedicated workshop booklet, access to the supporting attendee hub with downloadable resources, and a one-time discount code for tutor2u printed resources. The event is delivered in a modern cinema setting and is intended to be both intensive and engaging.
