Teachers may attend only when accompanying students and must book and pay for their own seat. Bookings are confirmed only and cannot be changed or cancelled once complete. Payment is accepted by credit card, PayPal, or by invoice for UK schools (invoice terms: 14 days).

- Teachers may only attend if accompanying their students (teacher places must be booked and paid).
- GCSE workshop attendees must have an accompanying paid teacher place on the booking.
- All attending teachers must book and pay for their own seat.
- Bookings are confirmed only; no provisional bookings are offered.
- No changes or cancellations are permitted once a workshop order is complete (no refunds for non-attendance).
- For UK schools paying by invoice, payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
