Walk through two halls with the Accommodation team and a current student, starting at Gardens House before heading to Portland House. Explore shared spaces and ask about day-to-day life in halls; room viewings depend on availability and residents’ permission.
This is a guided in-person tour of two of UAL’s halls of residence, Gardens House and Portland House. It is designed for prospective students who are thinking about living in UAL accommodation, as well as current UAL students and their parents or guardians.
The tour is led by the UAL Accommodation team with a current student, and gives visitors a chance to see the buildings and ask questions about day-to-day life in halls.
The visit begins at Gardens House and then continues to Portland House, which is a short walk away. Visitors can see common areas and shared spaces, and hear about what it is like to live in UAL accommodation.
A room viewing is not guaranteed, as it depends on availability and permission from current residents.
The tour is separate from the college open day, so visitors can fit it around their other plans. Booking is required through Eventbrite, with places limited to one student and one guest per booking. Attendees are asked to arrive a little early and bring the relevant booking confirmation and ID.
