UCO Apprenticeship Programmes

Beazleys UCO (Underwriting & Claims Operations) Apprenticeship Programmes offer rotational placements across four specialist teams (Ceded Reinsurance, Claims Operations, Delegated Operations and Operational Excellence) to build broad operational knowledge and practical skills.

Apprentices will complete 2 or 3 rotations within their chosen UCO team, working alongside underwriting and claims colleagues to support back-office processes, process improvements and reporting. Apprentices are office-based in Beazleys London or Birmingham offices and, on successful completion of the programme, will move into a full-time permanent role within UCO.

Applicants will gain the CII Certificate through the relevant Level 3 or Level 4 apprenticeship standard while on the programme. Entry criteria specify 104 UCAS points (BCC at A Level) plus GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
