This on-demand webinar from UKROC (UK Youth Rocketry Challenge) is designed to inspire and inform students about taking part in the UKROC competition. It is aimed at school students aged 11 6-8 and covers the competition format, how to get involved, and the benefits of joining a rocketry team.
The session includes practical rocket-building tips to help entrants start or improve their designs, plus a live Q&A segment where organisers answer questions, offer troubleshooting advice and share best practice. The content is suitable for complete beginners as well as teams with prior experience who want to refine their approach.
The live webinar took place on Thursday 6 November (12:30 6:30) and is available to watch back on demand via the link on the UKROC page. Participants join a community of teams from across the UK and are encouraged to use the session to prepare for the competition season.
