Unilever's Project Management Level 4 Apprenticeship offers on-the-job experience combined with formal training to develop practical project management skills. As an Associate Project Manager apprentice you will support the delivery of a range of projects, demonstrating planning, organisation, leadership and communication skills while working under the guidance of a dedicated line manager.
You will receive structured support including an induction plan, regular one-to-one coaching, mentoring and access to a variety of in-person and online learning and development opportunities. The programme leads to a nationally recognised Level 4 qualification and includes formal assessments such as online reasoning tests and an in-person Discovery Centre.
The apprenticeship is 18-24 months long, operates on a hybrid basis (minimum two days per week in the Kingston or London Blackfriars offices) and is paid (Competitive Salary of £20,181). Discovery Centres are scheduled for 4th and 5th February 2026.
