University of Derby Campus Tours

Join current students for a tailored, two-hour tour of the University of Derby campus designed to help prospective applicants explore facilities and student life. During the tour you will be accompanied by a student guide who will show you the Sports Centre, library, Union of Students and social spaces, visit accommodation and any teaching sites relevant to your chosen course.

Tours start at the Kedleston Road site where visitors can park for free, and timeslots are organised in two-hour blocks to manage visitor numbers and provide a focused experience. Tours are bookable through the form on the campus tours page.

If you cannot attend in person there is also a virtual tour option that lets you explore the University of Derby online. Prospective undergraduate students (including those considering nursing who may wish to attend Chesterfield Open Day) are encouraged to attend to get an in-person sense of campus life and facilities.
