Thinking about university? Visit University of Derby Open Days to explore courses, tour award-winning accommodation, join subject sessions and speak with academics and current students - get UCAS help and make confident choices about your next steps.

University of Derby Undergraduate Open Days invite prospective undergraduate students to visit campus, attend subject sessions, tour facilities and accommodation, and speak directly with academic staff and current students. The events include welcome talks at different campus locations (Kedleston Road, Markeaton Street, The Cavendish Building), subject-specific sessions, campus tours and opportunities to explore award-winning student accommodation.

Attendees can get help with UCAS applications and personal statements via dedicated talks and drop-ins, and the Admissions team may be able to give provisional offers on the day if grades or predicted grades meet entry requirements. There is also an information session and stand for degree apprenticeships for those interested in earning while they learn.

For those who cannot attend in person, a virtual tour is available online. Booking is required: complete the online booking form on the University of Derby website. Bookings open around two months before each Open Day.
