University of Liverpool Campus tours

These student-led campus tours offer prospective undergraduates an overview of the University of Liverpool’s city-centre campus. They are designed to give visitors a sense of what it is like to live and study in Liverpool, with opportunities to explore the campus and ask questions along the way.

During the tour, current students lead groups around the university’s external facilities. Visitors can see the libraries, the Guild of Students, the Sports and Fitness Centre, and an example of university accommodation.

The tours do not include academic departments, making them a broad introduction to campus life rather than subject-specific visits.

Before the walk begins, a member of staff gives a short introduction to the University of Liverpool, and visitors can collect useful information and a free tote bag. Places are booked through an online form, and booking opens around four weeks before each tour.

A self-guided tour is also available for anyone who wants to explore independently.
