Apply Now? Curious about studying Asian or Middle Eastern languages and cultures at Oxford? Join the Faculty’s Open Days (1 & 2 July, 18 Sept 2026) to meet tutors and students, explore courses, and get a clear view of uni life and pathways to study.
The Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Oxford is taking part in three University-wide Undergraduate Open Days in 2026. These events give prospective students the chance to learn more about the courses offered by the Faculty and to hear directly from tutors and students.
The open days take place on 1 July 2026, 2 July 2026, and 18 September 2026. Sessions run from 10am to 12 noon, and the Faculty notes that the main 'Asian and Middle Eastern Studies at Oxford' talk requires registration and a booked place because spaces are limited.
Alongside the main information session, the Faculty offers drop-in 'Meet the Tutor' sessions that do not require booking. Visitors should be aware that priority is given to prospective applicants, and some sessions may not admit parents or guardians.
The Faculty is located at 1 Pusey Lane in central Oxford, with no parking available and public transport encouraged.
