University of Portsmouth Computing Taster Day

This taster day gives Year 12 students an insight into studying computing at the University of Portsmouth. The programme is designed for learners studying Computer Science and Digital T Level courses, and it introduces key themes connected to university-level study in the field.

During the day, students take part in workshops on Data Science and AI, Networking, and either Computer Science or Cybersecurity. There is also a tour of the facilities and a chance to hear from current University of Portsmouth students about their experience of studying a Computing course there.
