Meet police, youth justice teams, advice services and law firms at an in-person careers fair, then hear directly from employers about career routes and what they seek in graduates. You can also explore law, policing and criminology courses and campus support.
The University of Sunderland Law and Criminology Careers Fair is an in-person event for students who are thinking about studying law, policing or criminology at university. It gives prospective applicants the chance to explore what a degree in these areas could lead to, meet university staff, and learn more about the courses on offer.
Attendees can also meet organisations from across the legal, criminal justice and related sectors, including police, advice services, youth justice and law firms. The event is designed to help students hear directly from professionals and employers, discover different career pathways, and understand what employers look for in future graduates.
Alongside the employer talks and networking opportunities, students can find out more about the University of Sunderland’s facilities and the support available to them as applicants and future students. It is aimed at Year 12 and Year 13 students, as well as anyone interested in studying these subjects at university.
28 October 2026, 10:30 – 13:00
