CLOSED THIS CYCLE

The University of Sussex Climate Conference is a one-day in-person event for sixth form and college students with an interest in climate justice. It brings together academic speakers, practical discussion, and campus-based activities designed to help students think about the social, scientific, and ethical dimensions of climate change.

Attendees can choose two academic sessions from three themes: Environmental Sustainability, Digital and Data Futures, and Human Flourishing. The programme includes thought-provoking talks, a panel featuring Caroline Lucas, and the chance to hear from local businesses that put sustainability at the centre of their work.

Students will also be able to explore the University of Sussex campus in Falmer, and refreshments are supported with a free lunch and goodies.
