Want to see how a university really works? Join Warwick’s Academic Development Centre work experience to support staff and students, gain hands-on skills in programme and data management, and boost your CV and uni/career insight through practical workshops and real projects.
The University of Warwick Academic Development Centre is offering a work experience programme for current Year 10, 11 and 12 students. It gives participants hands-on experience supporting staff and fellow students through a range of programmes, workshops and resources that promote academic excellence.
The placement is designed for students who are interested in careers connected to higher education, programme management, and data management and reporting. It offers a chance to see how a university support team operates and to contribute to work that helps deliver learning and development activities on campus.
The programme takes place in person at the University of Warwick during summer 2026. Applicants need approval from a parent or carer, support from their school, and availability to attend the full programme.
Dates from the previous cycle — new dates are announced when applications reopen.
