Work with experienced tutors to curate and refine your existing work into a clear architecture portfolio. Through practical workshops and individual tutorials, learn to build a visual narrative, photograph models and drawings, and create page layouts that show your design thinking.
This three-day intensive course helps applicants prepare a portfolio for undergraduate study in architecture and related spatial design disciplines. Working with experienced tutors from the University of Westminster, participants learn how to curate, refine and present existing work so that it communicates creativity, design thinking and process clearly.
The course combines tutor-led presentations, live demonstrations, practical workshops and individual tutorials. Students receive guidance on selecting and organising work, developing a strong visual narrative, photographing and documenting models and drawings, and creating clear page layouts.
It also gives insight into what admissions tutors look for in a strong portfolio, helping participants present their work professionally and with confidence for university applications and interviews.
The course runs from Wednesday 28 to Friday 30 October 2026, 10am to 4pm, at the Marylebone Campus, 35 Marylebone Road, London NW1 5LS. It costs £395.
