Vehicle Parts Advisor Apprenticeship - Group 1 Ford Wokingham

This Vehicle Parts Advisor apprenticeship with Inchcape (Group 1 Ford, Wokingham) combines on-the-job experience with formal training to develop skills in parts identification, inventory and customer service within an automotive dealer environment. Apprentices will learn to identify and locate automotive parts using electronic catalogues and systems, assist customers in person and remotely, coordinate with service technicians, receive and inspect shipments, maintain stock levels and use point-of-sale systems.

The role includes regular training activities and practical workplace duties.

You will be employed through the dealer network and attend block training at the Henry Ford Academy in Daventry alongside virtual classroom sessions, e-learning and coaching visits from industry coaches. The apprenticeship follows the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 standard and includes at least 20% off-the-job training, leading to a nationally recognised qualification on successful completion.
