Le Verger French A level Revision Course

Le Verger’s French A level Revision Course is a residential immersion programme in the Dordogne countryside of South-West France. It is designed to help A level French students strengthen fluency, confidence, and exam technique through intensive speaking practice and targeted revision in a supportive small-group setting.

Across the course, students receive 25 hours of group and individual tuition covering reading comprehension, listening, vocabulary building, writing, grammar, and work on set texts or films. The experience also includes interaction in French with local people, such as municipal officials and other native speakers, so students can practise real-life conversation as well as classroom language.

The course is residential and full board, with Easter and summer options available. It combines structured study with plenty of opportunities to use French throughout the day, and tutors tailor support to individual weak areas so students can make noticeable progress in the run-up to A level exams.

Bursaries are available for deserving students.
