As part of Belfast Learning Festival 2026, Volume Control Enhanced and Oh Yeah Music Centre run a hands-on Music Photography Workshop led by Ciara McMullan. The session will explore music photography and videography techniques, covering practical approaches to shooting concerts, artist portraits and live performance footage.
Participants will learn tips for working in low-light, capturing dynamic stage shots, and basic approaches to shooting and editing short music videos. The workshop is designed for all levels of experience and includes opportunities to network with other attendees and speak one-to-one with Ciara.
Ciara McMullan brings extensive industry experience as a touring photographer and videographer (including work with Tom Odell, Billie Eilish support tours and multiple festivals), and will share professional insights from her work across Europe, the USA and with BBC radio networks.
