Warehouse Career Starter Apprenticeship (ALDI STORES LIMITED)

This apprenticeship is a one-year programme (stated as 1 year 3 months) combining on-the-job work with training towards a Level 2 Supply Chain Operative qualification. You will learn how products move from suppliers to customers, including picking, wrapping, packing, inventory checks and operating warehouse equipment.

The role is based at Aldi's warehouse in Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire (CV9 2SQ).

The programme is employer-led with training delivered by Lifetime Training Group Limited. You will spend most of your time learning on the job, with regular assessor visits, quarterly reviews and progress checks.

The apprenticeship is earn-while-you-learn (30 hours per week) and includes shift work across Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends. On completion there are opportunities to move into permanent Warehouse Operations Assistant roles.
