Welsh Fencing’s National Team Championships 2027 is a team fencing competition held at the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff. Entries are submitted through the BF Sport80 portal, and the event page also provides a link to the current entries list for those following the competition field.
The championships are open to fencers aged 13 and over, and entry is available to both competitive and recreational fencers. One fencer per team may be affiliated to another Home Country, making this a national event with some flexibility for mixed affiliations within teams.
All weapons will be fenced electronically throughout, and participants are responsible for bringing their own equipment. Fencers may only enter one event per day. They must also hold the correct full membership of their national body, as this will be checked before the competition or at registration.
All clothing and equipment must meet British Fencing safety regulations, including the requirement for under-plastrons to be worn.
