This mentoring programme gives Year 12 and Year 13 students the chance to learn directly from Winston Taylor professionals. It is designed to help you build your network, develop confidence and get practical guidance on your next career steps.
The programme includes three in-person sessions, plus a virtual launch session, and is built around supportive, career-focused mentoring. You will get advice on identifying your strengths, improving your written job applications, preparing for interviews, and presenting yourself professionally.
The opportunity is open to students with a wide range of interests, not only those considering law. Mentors come from both the firm’s business teams and legal teams, with clients also involved where available, so you can explore different professional pathways and hear from industry experts across several fields.
