Winsupply Rotational Apprenticeship Program

The Winsupply Support Services Rotational Apprenticeship Program (RAP) is a two-year, hands-on development initiative designed for individuals with or without a four-year degree who are seeking a career in professional services. RAP provides a structured pathway into the wholesale distribution industry, combining on-the-job training with mentoring and coaching across multiple departments.

Participants rotate through three key phases: six months of operational training at a Winsupply Local Company, six months in customer service with WinSupport, and a 12-month concentration in one or two specialized service areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Training, or Support. The program is immersive and designed to give practical experience across several business functions.

Successful completion of the program equips apprentices with a broad understanding of business operations and exposure to multiple career paths within Winsupply. Apprentices may be considered for full-time roles across Winsupply’s support services after finishing the two-year program.
