Curious what life as a dentist actually feels like? Join the Young Dentist Summer Experience in London to build clinical skills-simulated clinics, phantom-head practicals, x-rays, suturing and prosthetics-connect with industry experts and boost your uni or career prospects.

The Young Dentist Summer Experience is a hands-on summer school in London run by InvestIN Education for students aged 15-18. Delivered on the University of London campus (based at UCL) with some industry-site visits, the programme lets participants step into the role of a dentist through simulated clinics, phantom-head practicals, x-ray analysis, suturing and prosthetics lab work.

Over one or two weeks (with an optional 2-week Premium upgrade), students take part in clinical skills sessions, patient consultations, diagnostic casework and specialist modules (orthodontics, oral surgery, dental public health). Participants complete an online assessment to receive a Level 3 Award in Work Experience, a personalised certificate and (for 2-week attendees) a physical certificate and industry reference letter to support university applications.

Residential and non-residential options are available: residential students stay in UCL / University of London halls with meals, pastoral care, social activities and optional airport transfers. The programme includes UCAS/admissions coaching, MMI practice, UCAT preparation and networking opportunities with dental professionals.
