The Young Entrepreneur Summer Experience

The Young Entrepreneur Summer Experience is a hands-on summer school based at University College London and the wider University of London campus for students aged 15 18. Over one or two weeks participants work in teams to design business strategies, build marketing campaigns, develop FinTech prototypes with engineering input, and pitch ideas in a Dragons Den-style forum to entrepreneurs and investors.

The programme includes masterclasses, industry visits to leading startups and business hubs in London, private networking sessions with senior entrepreneurs, and dedicated coaching on career choices and university applications. Participants complete assessed work to receive a Level 3 Award in Work Experience and Career Planning and an industry reference letter upon graduation.

Residential and non-residential options are available. Residential students stay in UCL halls (single en-suite rooms) with meals, guardianship and organised social activities. Optional airport transfers are available and some days take place at partner industry locations across London.
