Young Leaders Program at Headington School: 2026 Vision

Held on the Headington Oxford campus, the Young Leaders "Future Global Leaders" two-week summer programme is designed for 12 6 year-olds through 16-year-olds who want to build leadership, diplomacy and global awareness. The course combines academic learning, small-group tuition and practical leadership workshops to help students think critically, collaborate and present with confidence.

Participants follow a structured academic timetable (15 hours of tuition per week, maximum class size 15) covering politics, diplomacy, global economics and human rights. Activities include debates, mock elections, Model UN sessions, negotiation simulations and group challenges.

Each session finishes with a "Time to Shine" presentation where students showcase projects and receive feedback.

The programme includes a social programme of supervised activities and three full-day excursions (London guaranteed; other visits include Oxford, Bath and occasionally Bristol). Boarding accommodation (separate houses for boys and girls), meals, travel insurance and an end-of-course certificate are included for boarding participants.

Optional airport transfer services are available for an additional fee.
