Closes in 2 days

Young Women Into Finance is a multi-year programme designed to show young women that a career in finance is possible and to help them build the skills and experience needed to pursue it. It brings together mentoring, guided study and practical exposure to the industry, with support from established professionals in infrastructure and energy finance and investment.

Participants begin with CISI study support and regular mentor contact by phone or video call. As they progress, they are invited to workplace visits, build their understanding of how finance organisations operate, and develop modelling skills.

Later stages include further CISI study, paid summer internships with sponsor organisations, help with job applications and interviews, and support towards graduate opportunities in the wider finance market.
