ZIGUP HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship - Darlington

ZIGUP are recruiting an HR Support Apprentice in Darlington to begin a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. You will work across the colleague lifecycle - from offers and onboarding through to leavers - gaining practical, hands-on experience of HR Shared Services as the team transforms toward People Operations.

The role includes giving first-line policy guidance, maintaining HR systems, contributing to HR knowledge resources, and delivering core HR administration tasks.

This is a 12-month apprenticeship leading to a CIPD-accredited Level 3 HR Support qualification. No previous experience is required and all training will be provided, though GCSE C (or above) in Maths and English is desired.

The role is delivered in-person in Darlington (postcode DL1 4PZ). There is potential for a full-time role on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
