Nottingham Trent University

Build and test a mini bridge, create a city model and see how drone surveys can shape urban design during a built-environment taster day. Tour engineering labs, meet current students, and try an interactive time-and-cost planning activity for construction.

Explore the campus where your chosen course is taught, with course talks, facilities tours and chances to meet academics, UCAS advisers and current students. You can also view student accommodation and get up to £50 travel cost support, based on distance travelled.

Student-led tours give you a 45-minute introduction to NTU buildings, facilities and study spaces. Explore libraries, student union areas and teaching buildings, then speak with teams including Admissions, Accommodation and Student Support, and look around selected halls.

Experiment with 2D and 3D art techniques - from drawing and printmaking to sculpting and surface design - then develop your own style through studio exercises, tutorials and a local gallery visit. You’ll leave with visual material to support your portfolio.
